We first got in touch with this business in May of 2022. They were a little hesitant about the partnership at first but after we conducted a free audit of their Klaviyo account we managed to sign them. One of the issues we encountered was that they had not properly completed the integration of their Klaviyo account and were unable to use some key features.
Once that was fixed we built a campaign strategy and launched some of the key flows. With time we managed to grow their list segment further and got their benchmarks to Good/Excellent status. Open rates went from 20% to 40% and click rates from 1% to 2.5%. Subsequently we managed to get the Klaviyo revenue to go from 20% of total revenue to 36% of total.
