We initiated this client over email at the start of 2023 after noticing a few issues with their ads. They were not utilising all of the available features of Meta ads which was evident even from their ad library.

After we signed them up, we had the chance to look into the ad account and identified additional holes in their strategy - poor campaigns structure and inconsistent optimisation of their ads. These problems were of course preventing them from scaling their ads appropriately and achieving better profitability.

Once we took care of the issues and organised their campaigns, we managed to scale the budget while increasing the return on ad spend, which is notoriously difficult to achieve. They went from spending $20k and getting $75k return (3.55xROAS) to spending over $40k and getting over $210k (5xROAS).
